NBLE [New Baron & Leveque EAST - International Industrial Services]

Created after the second world war, the erection company BARON & LEVEQUE concentrated its activities in the important sectors of this period namely, the coal mines and steel industry .

Mister Baron and Mister Lévêque managed the company together until Mister Baron’s death in 1964.

Mister Michel Lévêque was in charge of the management and strategic direction of the company.

In 1966, the Company signed its first contract in Zaïre/Congo, which prompted it to extent its activities to various countries in the developing world and to increase its man power by hiring dynamic and competent personnel in technical and financial fields.

The rapid development of its activities, its high personnel number and the acquisition of large erection equipment directed the company to become a limited company in 1979.

The new company also prepared itself to undertake « turn key contract » for industrial ventures.

In the years 1980 BARON & LEVEQUE INTERNATIONAL remained very active in spite of worldwide recession. Aggressive marketing policies in overseas market and involvement in official economic missions brought many orders.

As a recognition for its continuous efforts, the Company received in 1983, the “Grand Oscar to Exportation” in the category « Services ». But the Company’s expansion did not stop there : many contracts in Africa and Central America were realized.

In 1989, NEW BARON & LEVEQUE INTERNATIONAL was created and took over the entire activities of BARON & LEVEQUE INTERNATIONAL.

NEW BARON & LEVEQUE INTERNATIONAL belonged to the FORREST Group located in Central Africa and Europe and became a leader in this service in this area.

In may 2007, AMINCEM S.A. acquired the name NEW BARON & LEVEQUE INTERNATIONAL and created NEW BARON LEVEQUE EAST(NBLE).

Key staff from NBLI stayed in the newly formed company. Cement Industry is one of the main sector where NBLE is focusing its actions both on consultancy, engineering and turn key contracting to ensure the outstanding quality of services which has been the trademark of Baron & Lévêque.
